Nelson Wine Company was established by Alan Nelson in 1993. From humble beginnings as a one man operation, we have grown into a successful wholesale wine distribution company servicing Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. With an enviable portfolio of family owned and operated wineries that are among the best producers in the country, covering all the important wine regions of Australia; and a small selection of key producers from France, New Zealand, Italy and Argentina.
Wine Training
& Wine Lists
We can help empower your floor staff with confidence to assist customers with their wine selection, using our palate and service training. It will teach your floor staff: wine styles, detect wine faults, understand key varieties and regions, correctly serve wine and wine and food matching principles.
Your wine list should have a balanced structure, reflecting knowledge of region and variety without intimidating your customers. We can co-ordinate the process to deliver an impressive wine list for your establishment.
Glassware
Sophisticated stemware is a key to the wine experience, vastly improving the sensory experience for the consumer and complementing your chosen wines. We offer two balanced and refined ranges of glassware.
