The bouquet hints at strawberry, red summer fruit, floral notes, cherry cola and sweet charred oak. The delicate palate presents an air of ethereality with offerings of sweet tea, strawberry shortcake, beetroot, mocha and herbaceousness. This Pinot Noir from our alluvial river flats is the Estate’s most delicate, thus is remarkedly approachable now or will benefit careful cellaring up to five years. Enjoy with a beetroot and walnut salad.
