Cooper Burns “Museum Release’ Shiraz – on premise only

Mid-red, some brick edges; a deep and brooding bouquet redolent of plum, earth and leather; sumptuous and rounded, with silky and finely grained tannins, it ticks all the Barossa boxes. 93/100 October 2016 James Halliday

About The Winery

Cooper Burns is a winemaking partnership formed in 2004 by Mark Cooper and Russell Burns and is dedicated to producing tiny amounts of handcrafted, small batch, artisan wines from low yielding, super premium fruit from the Barossa Valley. Using traditional winemaking methods with minimal intervention and maximum attention to detail, the aim is to make wines with soul, individuality and personality that express the qualities of the vineyard and the vintage, as well as the passion that went in to making them.
