Rob Dolan Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark purple colour with brick-red edges. Dried herbs, licorice, cassis and hoi-sin – oak is cedary and toasty. While ripe and driven, it is hemmed tightly to its ripe, fine-grained tannins. Red and blue berries swirl on the palate. It’s still very youthful and settling into its skin. Huge potential.
