Clear, bright and opaque in appearance with a fine persistent bead. Aromatically there is a vibrant citrus, floral perfume with just a dash of red fruited strawberry aromas from the Pinot Noir to add an extra layer of interest. On the palate, citrus again plays a prominent role, although here it is joined by just a hint of chalky minerality and there is also a finely tuned interplay at work between a textural creamy mouthfeel and a refreshingly crisp line and length. The wine finishes with a genuine sense of refreshment and vitality.
