Sidewood ‘777’ Pinot Noir

Displaying aromas of fresh rhubarb and tobacco leaf, the small batch 777 Pinot is the ‘soloist’ opposed to the ‘orchestra’. This energetic Pinot Noir has integrated layers of wild raspberry, cherries and plum. Soft tannins and a round, rich mid-palate make this a complex single vineyard, single clone wine. This versatile wine makes an outstanding accompaniment to smoked duck, salmon gravlax or mushroom Risotto. Drinking beautifully now but will continue to evolve.
