Great to see timely rainfall in the Eden with falls being during critical times of the vines production. Excellent fruit set, canopy cover and a mild long dry summer has produced glamour fruit with amazing flavours and natural holding acidity sees this 2021 Prosecco release continue its stardom qualities.

Mainly Italian grape varieties are crafted from single vineyard sites that show the best varietal expressions.
